Great house, great school system often = great dollars. Tinton Fallas most certainly offers desirable housing, but my current recommednation to you to to keep an eye on the new rail system in northern Monmouth County through Middlsex County (just publisized 5/28/09) that may provide you with additional options in terms of commutable towns.

Tinton Falls is a great area, very conveniently located, close to GSP. There are some very nice family neighborhoods in Tinton Falls and this is the direct link to TF School System.

You mention you are interested in Tinton Falls area, however, in your price range you should be able to find a wonderful home with a great school system in other communities as well, such as, Howell,Freehold,Manalapan, or Wall.

Tinton Falls is located near the Garden State Parkway (great for commuting) and is a desirable area just as are many other areas in Monmouth County.

I noticed you have Morganville 07751 as your zip code. Morganville/Marlboro Township has really strong schools. Have you ever thought about staying in that area? Manalapan, Freehold and Howell have competitive schools as well. Each of those towns offer options within your price range.
