Does anyone know how the development by NV or Ryan Homes is? Its in Phoenixville. Is it a good area to live? How about the community? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Sheetal19. First of all, congratulations for taking advantage of this buyers' market we're in! You've chosen a GREAT time to buy (especially if you're a first-time homebuyer....able to take advantage of the $8K tax credit:)

Northridge is a beautiful development and NV is a builder with a good reputation. I'm curious as to what's important to you...what's on your "wish list" for your new home. For example, is school district important to you. And how long do you plan on staying in your home? Finally, is new construction a must? (There are so many great resale home available -- many less than 5 years old....so still "newer"). There are so many WONDERFUL communities within a few miles of Phoenixville that you may want to consider -- including Collegeville, Audubon, Oaks and Skippack, to name just a few.

These are the kinds of questions that your Buyer's Agent should be asking you...to be sure that ALL (or at least MOST) of the items on your "wish list" are met. The advice and insight provided by a full-time professional Realtor looking out for YOUR best interests is truly invaluble -- typically saving you not only time, but money as well:)

If you haven't yet hired a Realtor, I'd appreciate the opportunity to EARN your business. Call me direct at (610) 324-5240. It would be my pleasure to assist you in any way that I can.

Good luck and blessings to you.............

Warmly,
Judy

Northridge is a nice community. Easy access to downtown boro. Conveniently located to many other attractions, both shopping and outdoor attractions, i.e. parks, trails, etc. Would advise taking a walk through the community after viewing the model. There are several other communities nearby that may be of interest and are 0-10 yrs old. Good Hunting!

Good Evening,

I absolutely love Phoenixville and I am the Top Agent here! So many wondering venues are coming to our area and that makes our town very attractive! I am very familiar with Northridge and would be more than happy to assist you with information. Also just so you are aware it is located in Chester County and not Montgomery.

It is very important, as I have stated many many times before, to align yourself with a Buyer's agent prior to going to the New Construction site! The agent on site represents only the builder and not yourself. It costs you nothing to have representation by your own Realtor.

If you want to live away from the Downtown area this is a good location for you. It is off the beaten path yet driveable in minutes to the great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I'd be happy to share any information with you. Feel free to contact me.
