Then you are looking for Condo's, as a house will be hard to find for that amount of cash. Look on my web site for properties, and when you find what interest you, call me to view.

FIRST ANSWER
You would need to look at condo's as opposed to Co-ops as most co-op will not allow renting, or they will only let you rent for a limited amount of time then the owner would need to occupy again.
