We are looking to buy a home in Church Hill Hunt located in Church Hill, MD. Does anyone have any feedback?
on the community? The builder is Ryland. Are they still building? Have things slowed down with the economy, etc. We are hoping to make an offer on a home in Queen Anne's county this Friday so any help would be appreciated!!

Church Hill is a historic quaint small town that has great potential, especially if you have a family or looking for a place to call "home". I have sold two homes in Church Hill last year and right now I can show you some really fantastic homes. Yes, things have definitely slowed down in QAC. Ryland homes like all the other builders have come to a slow halt. So of course, you can get some really good deals. Are you already working with an agent. If you are looking to have one built then go to ryland.com and look for specials they are always offering 40,000 in free stuff and good interest rates. They just had a special that ended the 18th that had 40,000 plus 15,000 in closing costs and upgraded cabinets. I would check there first before going in.
