We would like a rent to own/owner financing for our family of 5. I went through Bankruptcy finalized in March due to ex-issues & my husband's credit not great due to his ex-issues. We have $$ available just not the credit now. We would like to have a home to call our own. Our current rental lease is up on Christmas Day & hopefully be doing month/month until we find a new home. We will have at least 5,000/down (Jan) & can pay up to $1200/m (incl taxes & ins). We do have a home we are interested in (really nice deal) but have found out no owner financing. Ideally we would love to find someone (investor) to purchase it & owner finance it for us). Getting frustrated & feel like we are running out of time. Please help!!
