We are looking for a rental house where our mature, well mannered pets are welcome. Any search resources?

I'd just get with a local realtor there. They can search specifically on that feature and then give you only homes that will accept pets. You can also look at the classified in the Paris News and just call the ads and ask. http://www.theparisnews.com/
