I'm not aware of any public sites like that. The Realtor-only MLS that I use is broken down by area, so your best chance of finding a home in a specific "country" location is to use a Realtor rather than trying to find homes on your own. My simplest solution is to drive around in the area where you want to live and look for signs in the yards of homes for sale. Call the agent and ask him or her to help you find other homes in the surrounding area that meet your criteria.
