In coon rapids you will basically be able to visually see where you would want to live and where you wouldnt. There are some worn down areas and some very nice ones. Overall the market there has been hit like most other ones. Coon Rapids has some nice advantages though with the main mall being really nice and there are lots of parks.

Coon Rapids has some great areas in which to live! Decent schools, parks, shopping nearby, trails, etc.
