Lisa,

We are from Canajoharie and probably know the property and owner. Know the mayor, code enforcement officer, and trustees. Your agent is probably correct but let us know if you require some names or contact information. Probably know the agent........

Would be curious to know the subject property.

This location is a sleepy little retro-community, safe and wonderful for raising a family with a rather large Amish population in the rural areas.

Good luck

Joanna Lane - instead of being obnoxious why don't you just answer the question? Isn't that what Trulia is for? I am glad I would never deal with you!

Let's think about this logically. For you NOT to require a CO, the Towns would have to happy to allow everyone who owns property that predates when COs came into being, to go ahead and do what ever renovations they like without bringing everything up to standard, and that only people with properties less than 20 years old require a CO. Hmmmm....doesn't sound right to me, does it to you?
