We are interested in property that has stream frontage on the Yellow Breeches Stream.
We will be available to make a buying trip next month(April)...only interested in a one level ranch...NO basement.Living area should approximate 1500-2000 sq. ft.Also,prefer a 2 car or more garage.
John, there are currently 3 homes listed in the Boiling Springs area that have creek frontage on the Yellow Breeches Creek. Prices range from the mid $200,000"s to a high of just under $500,000. This is somewhat of a tall order. The closest thing I could find that is currently on the market is a 1350 sq ft ranch with a walkout basement on the Yellow Breeches. There may be more properties on the market by next month. I would be glad to keep my eyes peeled for you and let you know if I find something. Are you working with a local Realtor yet?
