We are interested in buying a vacation home in Sunriver. If we place it under management, how should we guestimate the potential rental days per year?

Many of the homes in Sunriver have already been on a rental program and you will be able to get the past rental history of those homes. There are about 7 rental management programs in Sunriver and they all have a little different requirements for their rentals and the amounts they charge. Many of these companies have additional amenities for their guests (SHARC passes, access to Crosswater, the marina, etc. Some homes are on programs with outside vendors, VRBO etc and those require more management by the owner. Let me know if you have additional questions.

The average is 75 to 100 days - however this also depends on the location of the house - the size and all of that - a home that allows pets is always popular - a home with 2 masters is a good choice and a hot tub is a must... Sunriver is one of my major markets if you need assistance please feel free to call me.
