I am a Real Estate Broker in Castle Rock and I focus my business on the lease option and rent to own market. There are a number of properties out there that are available for this type of process. Please contact me and we can discuss further your options. You will be amazed at what is available

Look at rentals.com and renthouses.com. Ask the owners when you talk with them. I would guess that many owners would like the option since they are having trouble selling their properties.

All good answers below. Lease to own properties are a good plan if you can make it work. We advise all of Lease to Own property candidates to discuss the actual contract with a real estate attorney. You need to ensure you are covered, especially if the property has an underlying FHA mortgage. THe attorney's I have spoken with recommend a wrap mortgage to ensure you don't get caught.

Hi 4shanon,

Are you still looking for a Lease to Own home in the Meadows? Are you interested in looking at other areas in Castle Rock? What type of home are you looking for: # bedrooms, # bathrooms, square footage? Let me know, as you might like a property that we have, or we can find one for you.

The others were good answers. Most buyers do not go through with the Lease Option. Why cant you buy now? Would of things change and you dont want to buy???
Just find a Lease and when you want to Buy. Then Buy

Like my counterparts said, there are some on the MLS and you should also check rentals.com. We have one rental in the Meadows with a lease option on it right now. There are positives and negatives to a lease-to-own, so you want to do your homework. Let me know if you need some help.

Love the Meadows too, can't blame you.
Lease to own is an interesting way to become a homeowner but it has it's challenges. The reality is...most Buyer's don't end up buying the home. If the home goes up in value, the seller wants "out". If the price goes down, the Buyer wants out. Chances are that the seller is choosing to offer the property with lease because it has a "problem". When you are ready to "pull the trigger", you will likely find a home that you like better and does not have a "problem".
Best wishes,
Kimberly Ryan

HI, not knowing exactly the type of home, size, bedrooms, schools, etc...that you desire make it a bit challenging to reply yes that there is such a home available for you. However, if you communicate to me exactly what you desire, I can search the homes that meet that criteria and maybe stumble across a motivated seller who wouldn't mind leasing it for a while until you're ready to purchase. You may e-mail me at : preif@comcast.net or call (720) 690-5292.
