We are interested in a home that has been empty for a couple years. How can we find out what bank holds the?
morgage on it so we can contact them? We checked the County Auditor and found the owners but through research found that they have gotten divorced and moved to California and have not been able to find any phone numbers. There is a sticker on the door but no bank name or anything only unauthorized entry and an emergeny number. Any suggestions?
Have or get a Realtor and have them call and search to get info.

I would check with your local Real Estate company and have an agent do all the leg work for you. Lots of company's have different Web site available to them to find out this information.
