E. Gulf Dr. that recently sold for that amount and below $225 per square foot. I have not noticed any advertised listings in this price range. Is the market on Sanibel Island heading to $225 per square foot for non beach front condos? Anyone know of a property/condo that we are over looking?

You won't find a 2 br. 2 bth condo on Sanibel for $250,000. There is a listing in Tennisplace for $329,000 which is a 2 br, 1 bth. Also, you may find a condo in Captains Walk in the low 3's.
