Throughout the years this has been a popular sub-division. I am sure talking to any neighbors would answer your question.
Need to sell and then buy, be sure to interview me as one of your potential agents. I am in my 34th year and love what I do.

I Love Your Question !

I am your expert on this subdivision. seriously.
I have sold this area previously and currently have the only the resale in the subdivision within the past six months. he property I listed and sold was 5748 Newcastle. It closed in late October.
I have also spoken extensively with CBJeni on-site personel, know the product, and can help you get into a home for a very fair price. They also sell this same product for a much higher price in Plano. These properties, I think, are great deals. Call or e-mail for more information!

Hello Pxintu,

Congratulations on your decision to invest in property in the Richardson area! As an agent who has had the opportunity to live and work in Richardson for over a decade, I am a stauch advocate of and can safely recommend the area to you. However, I can only share information about Wydsor Court based on "word of mouth." I have, in fact, sold several properties in Wydsor Court over the years, and all of my clients are raving fans of the neighborhood, and have not shared any adverse comments about the area. If you are concerned about the criminal profile of the area, you can access a zip code specific criminal report via the police department's website. A "no fail" strategy for grasping the overall makeup of the community is to cruise around the neighborhood between say, 5:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. in the evening. The neighborhood will literally "turn inside out." Please feel free to call me should you have any additional questions or concerns at 972-783-1919 X171. Additionally, I've got access to a list of foreclosures, and/or short sale opportunities in the general Richardson area closest to Wyndsor.

As Anna said as a Realtor we can not steer you to or from a particular neighborhood. You can research all sorts of city demographics online. Your best source is your own eyes, do drive around at different times of the day especially when people get home from work. Talk to the neighbors they love to give you all the details. To get you started here is a link to crime statistics : http://spotcrime.com/tx/richardson
Let me know if I can be of any further help. Good luck to you.

Since real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods, check out demographics on your own to assure your comfort level can be reached--visit the area more than once and at different times of day, drive around and look at everything that is important to you, possibly chat with locals, etc., then make a determination.
