Good morning, SuzyQ. The area to which you are referring is Ellington Springs, located in the southeastern part of Snellville. It is convenient to both major corridors, I-20 and Stone Mountain Freeway. Pulling up listing data from FMLS today, I can only find four active listings, ranging in price from $130 to 194K. Three of those are on Michael Jay Street. There are several recent sales, however, which will provide some excellent comparative data and help you construct a very competitive offer. As far as the number of homes for sale and sold, this part of Gwinnett County has been hit like many others, which allows for an unprecedented buyers' market.
