I've been using a wonderful, very informative realtor. They're asking 99,000 & we offered 90,000 w/us paying the closing costs. The house was bought for 159,000 in 2005 & there's two more in the same neighborhood listed for 85-95,000.There's actually a quite a few for sale and 1-2 in forclosure there. We love this house-perfect for us.This is our first time so I look for any and all input!! Thank you to everyone who can give me any insight!!!
Hey. Are you using a Realtor??? If not, you might find them to be a great partner.
Not real sure what you are asking so:
1. Normal for them to get seller to sign. They own the home, not WF. So no transfer can be made until they sign off on it, least until they forclourse on the property.
2. If your offer was based on current market conditions, then it has a chance. But sometimes
Short Sales just go bad - and who knows why.
If this doesnt fly, you might stay away from short sales and focus on REO's or normal transactions. They are far easier.

Hi Ginam,
Hang in there. You can be agressive and pull your offer or threaten to pull your offer if you do not hear back by a certain date. I think that patience is key here. If you are getting a good deal just wait. If you do not get this deal there is more inventory coming and you can try again.
