We are a family of 4 (2 young children) and are pretty frustrated that we are not able to find a home
Most homes in the school city district of Plattsburgh are at least $ 150'000, so we have a tough time finding a home for $50'000 - $80'000. We are willing to relocate. Does anyone know a place on the east coast, where we can get a nice house in a family friendly neighborhood that is close to shopping and entertainment for that amount of money?
Lynchburg, Va. is an excellent location, the town is quite active, It has only one Bar named "Cattle Annie" which is where many tio country western artists go, The town is an excellent location for families and it also has great prices. Th etown has amtrac, and Airport and major highways. We would be happy to refer you to some agents if this is the area you are considering.
If North Carolina is a thought, Raleigh is also excellent, good job growth, good so far in equity building and also excellent prices for single Family homes.
