We are forced to put 3 teenaged boys in one bedroom. We live in Indian Heights and the homes here are very small. My wife and I are both professionals and have worked at our jobs right at years each. We need a 4-5 bdrm home that we can lease for a year then purchase afterward. Our current home we've never ever been even a month behind. We don't bother our landlord with repairs and such.
