Just curious, did you find the perfect home? If not check out the Katy area, the fastest growing area and the nation in 2008...we have a desperate need for rentals!!

Have you thought about self directed IRA purchasing for rentals? Give me a call if you have any questions

As the market stands today, Houston has some wonderful investment opportunities. Congratulations to you for thinking about your future at a very desirable time to invest in real estate. Whether your $100k will get you in to the area you that meets your needs or not, will be the challenging question to answer. As mentioned, the rental market is strong right now and it certainly could be a viable way for you to pay off any loan you make on the property in order to be a home owner with no mortgage--the dream!
Good luck to you.

Houston is a great area to invest in. There are several areas that would meet your budget. We are a one stop company. We can help you through the purchase process as well as managing the property during the rental term.

I would be happy to speak with you further.

There are plenty of houses in our market that would fit that bill. Rental market here is strong so I dont think you would have any problems renting it out so long as it is not in a bad area. You would need to get either a person to manager your property for incidental stuff airconditioning problems so forth since you will not be in the area. My team manages several properties for investors out of state so we could either do that for you or help find a company to do that for you. Just let me know how I can help you with this money making venture.

Hi there,
Absolutely. You should have some nice appreciation in the property by then. Do you have any area in mind?
