Waterfront financing on Big Lake, AK??
I'm looking to purchase a waterfront home on Big Lake, AK. It has no road access. Access by boat and other means. This is common in the area. Where can I get a normal loan??

I'm not sure what a "normal" loan is, but conventional financing (non-FHA, VA, etc.) is available through many lenders - especially for this type of property in this state.
