Hello Paul,

If you're still searching for a new construction home, please let me know. I have access to floorplans from many local builders. I specialize in helping buyers find that perfect new home, and negotiate the price and additional incentives. My local area is Riverview, Brandon, and Apollo Beach. Please let me know if you need assistance or even just want some floorplans sent to you by email. I'm happy to help.

Thanks!

Hello Paul...

This should get you started... I ran a quick search in the MLS for you. There are 40 listings here. The criteria I used was a 10 mile radius from 60/301, 3 bedroom minimum, 2 bathroom minimum, town home, under $600,000, built in 2007 or later. If you can spend more money, there are about 30 more units.

To view them, please copy the link below and paste it into your browser and that should take you right to a special web page I set up for you with all the listings.

If you a have any problems with the file, or any questions, please call me at 800-737-3454. You can also reach me through by email. Please visit my web site for the address: http://www.PrettyDogRealty.com.

Thanks,
Bruce

Hi Paul, I have so many options, I would need your help to eliminate some of them. I am attaching a link at the end but I would ask that you contact me as well, so that I can show you some that may not be internet searchable. I look forward to hearing from you and remember, my service is FREE.

Hi Paul!

Check out the link below for available new town home construction and inventory homes available.
Just remember to have a Realtor represent you in your purchase transaction. The builder will always tell you that you are getting the best deal, but that might not be the case.

Hi, there are lots of options for you available. It's key to select an agent with extensive new home community negotiation experience and also knows the area. We have that!

What size home were you thinking of and how many bedrooms and baths do you need? When do you need to be in your new home? If you haven't been prequalified for a loan, we can help you with that process. If you're a first time homebuyer, we also specialize in getting FREE downpayment assistance from various county programs, and we can help you get approved for that. We can also negotiate seller paid down payment and closing costs. It's key to find a buyer that's looking out for you!

Feel free to visit us at http://www.PinellasPeach.com or http://www.SunCoastPartners.net. or let us know if we can answer any other questions. There you can search the MLS like a Realtor does. Note that a lot of the new homes aren't even on the MLS - but we can get you info on those communities seperately.

Hello Paul, there are many choices but we would need to know what size you are looking for, how many beds, baths, price, etc. It would be best to call a Realtor and we can send you all available listings after discussing your criteria and finding the best area.

FIRST ANSWER

Need a little more info. Have you been pre-approved for a loan? And if so, what price range do you qualify for? How many bedrooms and baths. Is a garage necessary? Prox to work?
