Thanks for asking this question. It will separate those agents who want to assist someone from those that only want to sell higher priced homes. As I read your question, I decided to let you check each property to see if its location was close to I-84 or not.
I searched the Intermountain MLS and came up with this list. Some may be bank-owned, or HUD-owned homes, so they each have their issues. Others may be fixer-uppers and you had not mentioned whether you were able to or even wanted to do fix-up or painting or minor cosmetic issues, so I included all of them.
I found these: http://imls.paragonrels.com/publink/default.aspx?GUID=dbe2e9
Let me know if any of them meet your circumstances or location. If you want to schedule to see any of them, they all should be either vacant or owner-occupied, as I excluded those that were tenant-occupied.

Did you know that there are some unique loan options that cater to first time buyers and to low/moderate income buyers to help them break the rental cycle?
I suggest teaming up with a Realtor & lender that work this niche so that you can make your hard earned dollars stretch the farthest.
Some programs help with down payment, others interest rate, others with remodels, etc.
I teach first time buyer classes so would be glad to assist!
Please let me know if you have any further questions. I am here to help you navigate the real estate process.
