Without even doing a general search for your home, I'm certain that there are quite a few for sale that meet your exact needs, because there are over 53,000 homes for sale in the greater Phoenix area. So, the best advice I can give you is to find a good, knowledeable Buyer's Agent REALTOR, who will assist you.
Just like sellers hire one agent to help them & that agent won't do any work for the seller until they get hired, most, if not all Buyer's Agents won't or shouldn't do work for a buyer until they are hired. Keep in mind that in most cases, it won't cost you anything to hire a Buyer's Agent REALTOR, but will will want to find one agent, and only one Buyer's Agent, that you like, trust & are comfortable with. This one Buyer's Agent should be loyal to you, obey you, offer disclosure of information, but hold your information in confidentiality and be accountable to you. You will want to have a written agreement between you and your agent. This way, you will know exactly what to expect from your agent.
If you choose not to have one exclusive Buyer's Agent assist you, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of real estate websites where you can search for your home on your own. However, you probably won't be able to search for the detailed information that you want. If you do your own searching & call the listing agent, remember that agent works for the seller & was hired to sell the home for as much money as possible while protecting the seller. That agent does not work for you. So, you will more than likely want to get help from a Buyer's Agent REALTOR, but will need to do so at the beginning of your searching or procurring cause will be a big issue.

Once I run the report, I can send you that info, and you can notify me if you want to physically take a look at any of them. From there, I can take you to the homes you are interested in.
