Holly, Home Buyer in 48038

Waiting on FHA Appraiser to reinspect repairs made. He is taking his time,we r under a deadline. What can we do, Do we just have to wait?

There was no mention of a 21 day contingency. Perhaps, we are just adding unnecessary stress but as of the 18th of July it will be 3 months since our initial purchase agreement.

Knowing that you were going FHA and needing an FHA appraisal; didn't your Realtor include a 21 day Appraisal Contingency?

Or, should I guess how you got where you are?

Ugh, they are driving us crazy. The appraiser says he is going out and never does. There is no accountability on his part. Why should he, right?

Sounds familiar! Probably have to wait but see if your or Sellers Agent can get in touch with the company to push it. Best of Luck

Our lender and relator tells us they cannot do anything about it. We are on the 6th Addendum for Closing date. The last two are a result of the Appraiser.
