FIRST ANSWER

The commute would be around 30 to 45 minutes depending on the traffic (time of day). You would take Route 8 out of Seymour and go northbound to the Merrit Pkway Southbound or to I95 Southbound. Merrit pkway does not allow any commercial trucks, is more scenic and is two lanes. I95 is three lanes and probably considered faster paced. Either one can get just as jammed up as the other just be sure to give yourself plenty of space from the car in front, traffic can stop unexpectedly.
