Hi Carlos, I am a agent who participates a lot on Trulia in Ventura County. Yes, if you check title, the home sold at the trustee sale as noted on Trulia. Actually it went back to the foreclosing lender but this is what title shows. I believe Trulia "picks up" that data from a data exchange they have with RealtyTrac - the nations largest foreclosure website that feed County Recorder data on foreclosure filings nationally.
The home has been relisted as an REO with Century 21 Premier and is currently being marketed for $982,823. However, if that listing agent does not place his listing on Trulia and Trulia does not pick up the listing through one of their sydication partners then 1- Not Trulia responsibility to market the property, they are reporting the latest data that they received from a sydicator and it is accurate. 2- Get Mike to list his property here. Its a great marketing opportunity and community resource his is missing out on.
Hope to see your interest and participation in the community continue.
