Hi; first I need you to go to GSMLS.com or NJMLS.com and search for the property you are interested to. Then if you would like I can assist you with this property, just copy the MLS number of the house and I'll give you the information.
Thank you very much,

Hi,
If it is bank owned you would normally find a notice attached to the home and there would a contact number there. Also, if it has been like this for a while; a real estate agency would have probably already been hired to sell the property. I am sorry for the late response but I just received this. If I can be of any further assistance, I will be more than happy to assist you. If you would like, go onto my website and search the MLS system to see if it has been listed with an agency. Happy Hunting!
