Clarisa your best bet is to have a buyer broker who can assist you by looking through the MLS for properties that have advertised this. In most cases you can hire a buyer broker at no cost to you as they get paid their commission through the fee advertise in MLS by the listing broker at closing., This way you have someone looking out for you and someone who can provide lists of available properties and update you with new listings daily. You should meet with a local and trusted mortgage broker first and get pre qualified so yo have someplace to start. Good luck with your search.
