WHAT FEES AM I EXPECTED TO PAY AT THE CLOSING DATE ON A FARM HOUSE IN ADDISON,MI THAT I AM PAYING CASH FOR?

FIRST ANSWER
On a cash deal buyers fees are usually quite low. Closing fee to a title company (these fees vary from area to area--I've seen as much as $600 in Ann Arbor to $275 in Monroe--it's negotiable as well so keep that in mind). Deed prep, recording fees, if there's been any overnight fees they'll try and hit you with those.
