Mission, Home Buyer in 94134

Very frustrating. Last bid to put in, and I was awarded a REO condo out of six bids; signed Addendum to standard purchase contract.

Yet, listing agent still accepts offers? Any advice? Thanks!

Can you please clarify your situation. When you say you were awarded a Condo, are you saying you closed on the unit and discovered the listing agent was accepted other offers during the process? A good way to start mediating any issues is to first start with the agent them selves to see what they can to & get on the same page. If that does not work I would recommend speaking directly to the broker or local board of Realtors, hope this helps.

Until you get your offer back signed by the seller you were not awarded anything. You do not have a contract till both parties have signed the contract. The fact that you signed an addendum to the standard contract doesn't mean anything.
Which addendum? Typically addendums come after a contract is ratified. Changes to contracts before ratification is done with counter-offers not addendums. There are some addendums that go with contracts like using the San Francisco addendum to the Califonria offer to purchase.
Seems pretty clear that you need help.Get an agent or hire an attorney.

The LA is following instruction set by the REO seller. If they want to look at other offer, they will. You don't have a deal until the seller returns to you the contract and their long addendum fully singed. Just because you signed the addendum it doesn't mean you have a ratified contract.

Just hold on and check with the LA daily while being cordial and patient. Make sure you have followed all the instructions set forth by the seller.

It sounds as though the agent is continuing to take bids until the contract is ratified on both sides but the only way I can intelligently answer your question is by speaking with you and getting some clarification.Also, have you asked the listing agent for an explanation yet?
