Try to get a townhouse/condo in 34110/34019,prefer LIVINGSTON RD ,as MILANO / VENONA POINTE . Is there any agent familar with this area ?

Both are very nice...I have experience in both..I also suggest you check out The Strand. I live there an love it! If you'happen looking to rent at Milano, I know an owner who is looking to rent his 3 BR 2.5 bath town home. Its very nice!

I just sold the 2 car garage model in Milano which was the model for both Milano and Verona Point. I have 2 units left in Verona Point at this writing.

Milano only allows a maximum of two cars per unit. You cannot live there if you have more.. The tow truck drives around looking for people to tow. This means you cannot have a party or guests at the Holidays because there is not enough guest parking and the tow truck is ready to tow even on Christmas. The pool is dirty and section 2 does not allow pets.

I just sold a townhome in Milano and have been a top Broker with Centex. I suggest you interview a few agents and pick the best representation.

I used to work for Pulte Homes for 5 years and sold the exact same townhomes they built on Pine Ridge Rd at Stratford Place. I know the product, the builder and all their communties like the back of my hand. Email or call with any questions.

Hi Lan,
There are many homes for sale in Milano, the majority are short sale properties. I have extensive short sale experience and can help you. Verona Pointe also has townhouses for sale, they're nice, and also many are short sales.
One factor to keep in mind for any community is the financial strength/reserves when many homeowners are delinquent in paying their HOA fees. That information that can be obtained and evaluated as part of the decision to buy. I can help you in that process.

I am very familiar with N Naples and especailly Milano/Verona Pointe. There are 2 floor plans in each community that are town home style that offer 1580 sq ft1 car garage and also 1715 sq ft 2 car garage model. The communities were built my Pulte and they also have a sister community right off of Pine Ridge called Stratford Place. Prices start in the communities in the low 100's.
