Townhomes in Riverside Village Las Colinas 75039

Asked by Rajesh Balakrishnan, 75063 Tue Sep 9, 2008

In the new Riverside Village development are there going to be any townhomes built? And if so who might the builders be.

I am looking for a home/townhome preferably in the upper 200's in that region. Is it even possible to find one in that price range? Or am i better off looking somewhere else? My hope is to move into a home/townhome early next year (Mar or Apr 09).

I don't know townhomes to be scheduled in this area, but even they would, it will be very difficult to find something in this price range. Why would you like to move in this area? Wouldn't you conceder single family home or townhome in Valley Ranch? If you contact me I will be more than happy to research the area for you. Now is a great time to buy.

Hello Rajesh,
As stated below, no townhomes are scheduled to be built in Riverside. May I suggest to you that you look also at single family homes in Valley Ranch/Las Colinas even Coppell. In your price range, you will be better off in terms of appreciation with a single family. With a townhome, don't forget that you will also have the HOA fees which will range between 160 and 300 a month.

I'll be happy to help you find the right home whenever you are ready to look.

No townhomes that I know of in Riverside. Probably better to buy in La Villita at that price. Construction prices are going up and prices will probably be moving up at some point in the future. Both Citihomes and Portrait should be close to close out in La Villita. There are also some townhomes in your price range in Valley Ranch that are pretty neat. I live and work in the area so give me a call and we can discuss your options.

Why wait until next year? If you are flexible, now is a great time to buy...many foreclosures and builder's rebates.

Contact me if you want to discuss your option.

There are many townhomes in the surrounding areas, happy to assist you. I am not only a realtor, but a loan officer therefore "one stop shopping for your real estate purchase". You may also want to consider a foreclosure I have seen some great properties working with prior clients.

Hi Rajesh,

There aren't any town homes to be scheduled to be built in Riverside. The price range is probably going to start out in the $300's, although they've still not determined that yet.

You can get a town home in La Villita for that price range. We'd be happy to help you with that.
