Town homes and Single Bed room houses together. Any problem?

Is there any downside of having town homes and Single Bed room houses in the same community? I was told it affect negatively. Please share your comments

FIRST ANSWER

Mixed use communities? Depending on price point and area I have seen issues. The number of rental units, upkeep of properties, marketing challenges....I advise my clients against it.

Keep it simple, this isn't rocket science.
