There's a big variety of places to suit second home buyers in Windsor and Healdsburg. One of the problems is narrowing down what people really want. In the Windsor Town Green we're looking at a relatively new community that has been going through growing pains and trying to find the right mix of ground level shops. Some of the earlier retail efforts weren't a good fit, but most of the existing businesses are doing well. There are some great values in the upstairs condos, so if your clients like the idea of urban infill projects, they might like this as a long term investment. Healdsburg has Healdsburg Commons, The Grove, and Foss Creek Circle for second home buyers, but only The Grove and Healdsburg Commons would probably fit your client's needs.
