Hello,

My name is William Blydenburgh and I am with Realty Direct in Quincy,MA. Typically a price in that range does set off a few flags. It could very well be a typo but usually this is corrected rather quickly once caught by the listing agency. Your other possibility is that the property is a Bank Sale/Foreclosure looking to recover the principal amount owed.

As Kathleen Sequra mentioned you may be best suited to speak with a Realtor to find out more accurate information or to just simply find listings that match your search. Someone like myself or Kathleen are local and maintain a solid knowledge of the area.

Our services are typically free to Buyer's so feel free to contact either one of us.
