Thinking of buying condo in Ventura Country Club Orlando to rent out. Is it good investment and easy to find and place tenants?

It can be very hard to find places zoned for short term rental (less then 6 months) in Orange County. This would be a good choice for that option.

Yes, rentals are good in Ventura Country Club. Screen your tenants! Seasonal rentals seems to make the most rent. There are companies who specialize in short-term rentals in Ventura. Talk to them.

I wish you good luck in your buying of a condo and if at any time you need some rental comps for the area just let me know.

We would be more than happy to help you with finding a great tenant and managing the property.

The Management Fee which is 10% of the rent per month
The Leasing Fee which is ½ of the first month’s rent.
Lease Renewal fee of $150 when the tenant’s lease expires and we re-execute a new lease (hopefully for a higher rent amount!)

We don’t charge any Advertising fees while the property is vacant, and we don’t mark up the cost of any repair work and no up front fees. Ventura Country Club is a great location.
Lots to do and still close to everything.
Depending on what area of Ventura will be where the best investment is.
