Hello Thelma!!

I live about 2 minutes from Spyglass and I can say this: It's an amazing community. I guess I would like to know more about what's important to you and what it was that caught your eye.

To answer your question about what the HOA's cover: Below our basic MLS descriptives that talks about what all it covers. Please give me a call and I can go into more detail about what they mean and would love to show you some homes in Spyglass!

EntryComm, InsCommon, MaintCommon, ProfMgmt, RemvlSnow, RemvlTrash, AssocHmOwn, Pool

Hi La'thelma,

I like the area. Some homes need updating now and some get
it / some don't. The homes that update before they sell are
richly rewarded.

A funny aside: the Falls at Klotz / 116th St entrance to the neighborhood
has been used by families as a backdrop for their photos.

The HOA doesn't include a pool, but takes care of the common areas,
snow removal and trash pickup.

But .... ask me how POPULAR the neighborhood is .... very!!
Already 22 homes sold this year and 6 more pending closing.
Now that's a Great Recommendation!

Call me to check it out while there are still 13 homes left to choose from.

Thanks,

Marita

La'thelma:

Great question.

I LOVE Spyglass Hill. As I'm sure you know, much of the neighborhood is on or close to a golf course. There are lots of hills and trees, and the homes are quite popular.

There is no neighborhood pool, though one can get membership to a pool at 106th & Cumberland. As far as I know there are no community parks, though the sidewalks meander through the neighborhood and into adjoining neighborhoods as well.

Good luck in your search!
