The home was on the market for 6 months. The owners have decided to take a break. I believe they will be putting it back on the market soon.

There are too many homes on the market in Estes Park with similar features (17 as of today) ranging between 800K and 1300K and there was one foreclosure that is under contract now. That's tough competition for a seller.
