There is a condo in Hallandale that was foreclosed on April 8 and the bank bought it for $100.00. I am

interested in buying it from the bank. How should I proceed?

If you email me the address I will find out which real Estate office will be handling the property. I also can provide financing for if you need it. I specialize in Foreign National Programs and I can get you a great rate!

Hi Betty...the bank did not "buy it" for $100, they bid what was owed and no one out bid them and as such they merely won the opening bid at auction. In order to proceed it must be determined if the bank has title yet and once that is determined, the bank will eventually put it back on the market but it could take months.

If you post the address, anyone can look it up and advise you further.

Betty

Sometimes banks take a while to place it back on the market. If you would like email me the address of the home you are interested and I will see where the bank is on it. Jeannette@Neerpat.com
