As a Realtor, I can see why some people think there might be something wrong but most times it is just a coincident.

There is no matching reason for the coincidental listing of several homes on this street. It is a wonderful location and each home has specific attributes. There appear to be different reasons for each sale such as upsizing of residence, downsizing of residence and acreage, etc. Sometimes it simply is a matter of timing.

The motivation of the Sellers is unclear, but those properties have been on the market from 4 months to over a year (for one). A couple of the homes have public water/sewer, while the rest do not. Square footage and acreage are wonderful. Taxes are about $11,000/year.
