The sellers realtor had the closing attorney put a restricition in the deed of no trailer or modular home on

the property. Seller claims that he didn't know about it. I said that I didn't agree to it at closingand that it was not in the contract and nothing was said to me prior to closing, but it is still in my deed. The closing attorney wants me to sign a release form before they will correct the deed. It is not in the deed of trust that I signed. What can I do? I did hire a lawyer but he didn't do anything but take my $500. and dropped the case.
