For one year ending Feb. 25 , 2008 Avg. Selling Price: $713,079 -- Median Selling Price: $536,500 -- Avg. $/SF: $431 -- Avg. DOM: 263
For the past 12 months ending Feb. 25, 2009 Sold -- Avg. Selling Price: $588,311 -- Median Selling Price: $430,000 -- Avg. $/SF: $369 -- Avg. DOM: 313
Average selling price has declined about 17% and median 19%.
