Ron Kidd, Other/Just Looking in Englewood, OH

The negotiator has accepted the offer. Although I am very confused what this means.

We are 3 months into a cash deaL short sale with boa. Supposedly my agent has a letter of approval from the negotiator. Does this mean I am getting the house?

Most short sales require multiple levels of approval: Investors, Upper Management, PMI companies, etc. This just means that you are one step closer to buying the property and the negotiator is making a positive recommendation to the others in the approval process.

Thanks for the advice. Any idea how close we are?

If you were looking for a signed Contract, they don't do it that way:
They will notify the Title Company that they can open the Escrow,
and they may send you an Addendum of some kind, which signifies acceptance.

Good luck and may God bless

As long as BOA is the only one on the title then pretty much yes you should be getting the house. If there is any other lien holders such as other lenders or HOAs then they will need to approve as well.
