BE VERY CAREFUL

How much is the house worth now??? and how do you know?
You need to know CURRENT market value not a picture of 5 years ago.
From 2004 prices
the market value could have fallen as much as 60%

and Yes you can go to the Tax Appraiser office and talk to them about this. There are on line help
at the property Appraisers office
