The $1800.00 for home buyers sounds great. I'm closing on my house June 3rd, how do I claim this credit??

You'll claim it when you file your 2009 taxes. If you use software to do your taxes, you'll be asked a series of questions to guide you through the process. It's on my blog too at the link below.
