The co-op board application requests for a landlord reference letter, but my landlord cannot write a letter
The co-op board application requests for a landlord reference letter, but my landlord cannot write a letter for me. The landlord can only write letters for tenants, not occupants. My mother's name is on the rental lease as an occupant, and my name is not on anything at all. What should I do?
