this is not a good property in a good place. they need to bulldoze the dump and than get rid of all the drunken rats and thieves that live there. the association is corrupt. all for themselves.
I owned in there and regretted every minute.
the fees are ridiculous. for those grounds and facilities that are 40 years old. and they don't spend a dime on upkeep. its all what they can line their own pockets. horrible place.
sheriff is there all the time. wonder why it sounds too good?
its not. dumpsville. in the heart of destin. everyone hangs on thinking its going to be a good investment when all the crooked board members buy up foreclosed properties after they created the mess. they should have been arrested for what they did and do. notice they hide from webpages? you cant read too much about the association. why you ask. because they are hiding. $500.00 or more a month fees for that dilapidated, worse place on the beach craphole? run far far away.
if you own in there, your only hope is for a hurricane to

More than likely in this area the answer is yes. Condos tend to have monthly HOA fees. If it isn't monthly it is billed quarterly.

I looked up the listing you inquired about at 775 Gulf Shore Drive, Unit 7100 and the MLS listing agent announces that fees are $1,543.56 paid quarterly. This works out to $514.52 per month. Your fees include a guard at the entrance for security, parking lot, pool, and grounds maintenance for the complex, sewer/water, trash disposal, cable services, management services, and exterior insurance. You would be responsible for interior insurance of your unit plus electricity costs.

I work exclusively as a Buyer's Representative and can help you save time, money, and avoid costly mistakes when purchasing a property in our area. I would love to have the opportunity to work with you.

Hello Victoria,

It is normal for many of the condos to have fees anywhere from 300+ fees per month. The reason is that it normally covers the exterior of the building and all the amenities that are offered in that complex. Groundkeeping, swimming pools, many times the cable, trash, sewer. So when you look at those fees consider what you won't be paying before you gulp at the cost.
