Dan and his wife were well-informed buyers. They did their research on how to choose agents and a lender before we met. They kept us on our toes, they were very conscientious in conducting their due diligence. It is gratifying to have buyers that actually read the disclosures and ask questions.

We hope that you have sent a copy of your glowing 'thank you" to your Realtors. It is always gratifying when home buyers and sellers thank their Realtors. We wonder if some people realize that most Realtors are working hard for their customers and that their customers are appreciative. I guess it is usually the few dissatisfied customers who complain that give some people the wrong idea about the vast majority. As most Realtors, we strive to serve the best interests of our customers. The Golden Rule is a good guide for every profession.
