They have a checklist with some information about buying a lot. There are many costs associated with building on your own land and it is important to find out which costs are built into the price(permits for water, electric, etc). It depends on where you build, but you generally speaking for the canal winchester area, you will be looking at about $40,000-50,000 for a lot(depends on lot size, etc and could be much more).
